Meet Our Founders & Team

Ben was born in Essen, Germany in 1989. Growing up in a city during the reunion of Germany instilled values in him that have helped build our company. These values are written into our Orange Hill Collective Aims – exceptional customer service, team member development, honesty, integrity, fair profit, and good supplier relationships.

Ben moved to B.C. and it was here that he build this collective in 2018 with Sean and Jay.
